Due to his decades of expertise, leadership, and vision, Bisleri is now the market leader in the bottled mineral water sector. Presently, the company is like a household name and is associated with mineral water. Ramesh has also introduced several other brands including ThumsUp, Vedica, Maaza, Gold Spot, Citra, and Limca. 

All of these are premium natural mineral water brands. In 2016, he returned to the soft drink market with the preface of Bisleri POP. This comes in four flavors: Spicy, Fonzo, Limonata, and PinaColada. In addition, Ramesh Chauhan is also very active in recycling PET (polyethylene terephthalate) and rainwater harvesting.
