Lamine Camara is a Senegalese professional football player who has played as an attacking midfielder for Ligue 1 club Metz as well as the Senegal national team.

At the 2022 African Nations Championship, he represented the Senegalese national team and was named the best young player on the group stage.
He signed for the French football club Metz in February 2023 on a three-and-a-half-year deal. He went on to make his debut with the team on April 15, 2023, coming off the bench in the 89th minute, in his side’s 3–0 win over Bordeaux in Ligue 2.
Lamine Camara scored his first goal with Metz on October 22, 2023, in Ligue 1 from his own half, 58 meters (190 ft) away from goal, in a 2–1 away defeat against Monaco.
For the 2023 Africa U-20 Cup of Nations, Lamine Camara was called up to the Senegalese under-20 side.
His playing style has drawn comparisons to professional footballers such as N’Golo Kanté and Sergio Busquets while his free-kick-taking ability has been compared to James Ward-Prowse.
